Process
The first step is design, which allows the feasibility of the project to be assessed at an early stage. The next phase is production of light steel elements at our manufacturing facility, followed by delivery to the specified address and assembly.
Design
- Our comprehensive software enables the design of buildings in light steel construction (LGS) technology.
- Our designer can create structural frames based on a new design or one imported from you.
- The design process includes a wide selection of libraries and the option to adjust stud spacing to the chosen cladding materials.
Production
- Our machinery park enables the production of light steel construction up to 2 mm thick, cold-formed.
- We guarantee precise, fast and reliable delivery of projects covering single- and multi-family buildings, commercial facilities, modular structures, halls and curtain walls.
Assembly
- The first option is the delivery of ready-made steel frames in which elements such as studs, jambs, lintels and sills are assembled in the factory, significantly reducing time and saving labour on site.
- The second option is the delivery of unassembled steel profiles. Each profile is carefully labelled and numbered, making identification easier and speeding up on-site assembly.
